Elder Rahimi was established as a partnership in 2001 by Ali Rahimi and Annette Elder. Both were already established and experienced solicitors specialising in asylum and immigration law. Between them they now have over 30 years experience in this sector. In 2010 Elder Rahimi progressed to becoming a limited company, Elder Rahimi Limited.


Ali Rahimi and Annette Elder both remain fully involved in casework and in the supervision of the firm's solicitors, caseworkers and advocates. You will be advised at the outset of your matter of the full name and contact details of the person with day to day conduct of your matter and also of the details of the supervisor with overall responsibility for your case, should you wish to contact them. The firm's practice manager is Mehran Taghvaipour who is responsible for all administration and support services.


The firm now practices from two locations: Norvin House in central London, and Ingles Manor in Folkestone on the Kent Coast. Both legally aided and private work is conducted at all two offices.
