The law firm BRICHTA & PARTNERS was founded by the founding partner JUDr. J?lius Bricht in 1990, when fundamental social and political changes enabled the free exercise of the profession of lawyer in the Slovak Republic. In addition to the areas of commercial and corporate law, as one of the longest operating offices on the Slovak market, we have been providing advice in the field of intellectual property law since 1993, in which we still maintain a leading position.

Our team

The office currently has fifteen lawyers and support staff consisting of administrative staff, translators, assistants and external technical consultants for industrial property rights.

Our clients

Our clients include not only major Slovak companies from the financial, technological, manufacturing, commercial, fashion and advertising industries, but also several successful Slovak start-up companies, several of which have been successful at home and abroad. Our clients are also international companies and corporations from the Fortune 500 list, mainly from the pharmaceutical, tobacco, fashion, cosmetics and automotive industries.
