MAIO was founded in Madrid in 2011 by a group of professionals with experience and renown with the intention of undertaking a new and dynamic project.

The activity of the firm consists of rendering services in all corporate areas, specializing in the sectors of its clients activities, in national and international transactions, being always at the disposal of its clients in order to meet their needs, with an effort towards simplifying processes, increasing response time and reducing speed while complying with the highest ethical standards.
In 2011, we opened our office in Madrid with 11 professionals. The firm currently has offices in Madrid, Vigo (2012) The Mexico F.D. (2014) Quer?taro and Seville (2016) and more than 60 professionals. We continue working on expanding our establishment and services.
The Madrid Office is the MAIO flagship. It was established in 2011 by a group of professionals from KPMG Legal who were previously employed by Castro, Sueiro, and Varela, S.L. P. The Professionals This center relies on a team of more than 24 professionals with broad experience and a renown reputation in the market and which is use to working in Spanish, English, Italian, French and Portuguese. In this regard, it has executed collaboration agreements with the Complutense University of Madrid and the International University of the Rioja which provide for internship periods at MAIO Legal Likewise the firm has launched a pro-bono initiative deemed MAIO Entrepreneurs by means of which it seeks to support new projects. It is being carried out in collaboration with sector experts and entities specialized in the financing of entrepreneurs (FARADAY, FAE, others). The objective is that these projects have technical, commercial, financial and legal support which contributes to their success.
