Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, Jeanne received her undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law where she was also a member of the William Mitchell Law Review. Following law school, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Jeanne served for three years as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law. She resides in Stillwater with her family.
