We have a small Law Firm In Florence Alabama that consist of one Attorney, Damon Smith. We also have three Legal Assistants. The office in Florence has been open since 1998. The cases we handle primarily consist of Bankruptcy and Family Law. Mr. Damon Smith began practicing law in Florence Alabama in 1998 and has handled a few thousand cases concerning Bankruptcy and Divorce. He is a 1997 Graduate of The Birmingham School of Law where he recieved a Juris Doctorate in Law. Damon Smith Graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992 with a Masters in Social Work and from the University of North Alabama in 1990 with a Bachelors of Science in Social Work. He worked as a Therapist and Social Worker in various areas before and during Law School. He went to Coffee High School and Graduated in 1986.
