With over twenty-five years of experience, Kathie is also a past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Utah State Bar, and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), ElderCounsel. She is a member of the Pro Bono Committee of the Elder-Law Section of the Utah State Bar and has actively provided volunteer legal services to local senior centers for the past several years.
