Mastin Law Firm, P.C. was founded in 2003 by Partner Christine C. Mastin, who had previously built a successful immigration law practice with a major Denver law firm. A desire to achieve a stronger balance between work and family drove her to establish her own firm and offer her clients greater flexibility and focus. In 2006, Charles L. Mastin II joined the firm, bringing with him a wealth of experience from a Shareholder position at another Denver law firm. This allowed the firm to expand its services to include representation of businesses and individuals in various business transactions, such as the formation, acquisition, sale, and dissolution of dental practice groups. In addition, Mr. Mastin provided representation in tax matters and tax filing preparation. Further growth came in 2012, when Jeff Bergstrom joined the firm as Partner. With his expertise in real estate, tax, and business law, Mastin Law Firm, P.C. was able to expand its practice areas and offer clients an even greater range of services.
