I am a lawyer and have been providing commercial legal services in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1981. I devote a substantial amount of my time to helping financial institutions and small businesses negotiate, document and conclude business transactions. I also assist in the resolution of business disputes, whether through mediation, arbitration or litigation, and I provide dispute resolution services as both an arbitrator and a mediator.
