Ram Reza & Muhammad is an established legal firm in Kuala Lumpur and was formed on 1st September, 1998. The firm has expanded its practice extensively to include international and cross-border matters especially in corporate advisory, investment and company secretarial field. It has now been our pride that the Firm is in association with several established institutions. Founded by Encik Nor Hisham bin Haji Muhammad and several partners, the Firm now has eight partners in charge of their own fields. Our Encik Ismail bin Mohamed Arifin is the principle Litigation partner, Encik Muhammad Usaid bin Mohd Nasaruddin is the partner heading in Conveyancing Department. Encik R. Fadhli Indra bin DidiIndra Tjahya is our partner in charge primarily in Syarie matters and Encik Izharul Effendy Bin Ramli, handles the Corporate Department. Meanwhile, our branch offices in Ipoh, Penang, and Kuala Terengganu now headed by our Ms. Noraida binti Hassan, Ms. Juriah binti Robason and Ms. Zarina Hanim binti Ismail. The firm has been responsible for the incorporation/setting-up of companies in international jurisdiction. This includes the foreign investment application to host countries and immigration issues.
