Several of our attorneys have been admitted to practice before the highest court in the land: The Supreme Court of the United States of America, while the experience and skill of three of our trial lawyers was recognized by their election to the American Board of Trial Advocates. Because of our experience and capabilities as trial lawyers, lawyers from the other side often prefer to negotiate and settle rather than take their chances against us in the courtroom.
