Lowe, Fell & Skogg ("LFS"), founded in 2000, provides a wide range of services in the corporate, real estate, franchise, banking, condemnation and commercial litigation areas. While LFS is relatively small, we represent large corporations on a national and regional basis. We are national counsel on a number of major projects for General Motors Corporation, including the phase-out of GM's Oldsmobile Division, the restructuring of GM's dealership network, the financing of dealership acquisitions and dispositions through the Motors Holding Division of GM, and the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of GM's dealership real estate portfolio. We are regional counsel for General Growth Properties in connection with the development and operation of The Park Meadows Shopping Center in Douglas County, Colorado and Counsel for Continuum Partners in the re-developed Belmar area in Lakewood, Colorado.
