The Law Offices of Douglas Jon Tkacik has been providing services in the Greater Lehigh Valley area for over 30 years. Our office was established in 1992 as a sole proprietorship. From the beginning, Mr. Tkacik represented individuals in Family Court matters including divorce, child support and spousal support, and custody. He also handled criminal defense cases in state and Federal courts. In 2008, Mr. Tkacik earned a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from Villanova University. Since then, he has concentrated his work on representing individuals for Estate Planning and Estate Administration matters. He is pleased to assist his clients in planning for distribution of their assets and in helping them administer the estates of their family members.
Attorney Tkacik has been practicing law since 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Lehigh University in 1988. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University in 1991. Thereafter, Mr. Tkacik served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James C. Hogan, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Immediately following his one year clerkship, Attorney Tkacik opened his office on East Market Street in Bethlehem and began representing individuals in the Lehigh Valley area.
Although Attorney Tkacik has experience in various legal matters, he now concentrates his practice in Estate Planning and Estate Administration matters only. His experience in other areas of law are helpful in allowing him to provide effective representation for you.
