Benefits Package:

Moore & Van Allen offers same-sex domestic partner benefits. Also, in addition to parental leave (up to four weeks), Moore & Van Allen offers eight weeks of 100% paid maternity leave or adoption leave. While we don't have a separate vision insurance policy, the firm does offer a vision benefit through our health insurance plan. The firm also covers transit costs in full and offers a parking subsidy. The firm also provides Business Travel Accident coverage. All employees may take park in a cash back program for the sale or purchase of a new home. The firm also offers a preferred banking benefit and credit union membership to all employees. Members and select senior staff are eligible to participate in a Cash Balance Pension Plan.
