Benefits Package:

Moore & Van Allen offers same-sex domestic partner benefits. Also, in addition to parental leave (up to four weeks), Moore & Van Allen offers eight weeks of 100% paid maternity leave or adoption leave. While we don't have a separate vision insurance policy, the firm does offer a vision benefit through our health insurance plan.
