Our large and experienced team provide assistance across all areas of the Criminal Justice System from minor road traffic offences to white collar fraud and business crime. We are particularly experienced in defending in major criminal investigations and proceedings and retain the largest in house Crown Court advocacy team in the region.

In addition to matters conducted within the Criminal Justice System the firm offers a comprehensive service in respect of regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. The firm conducts prosecution work on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and is one of the few firms nationally to act for the Police Federation of England for officers facing criminal and disciplinary allegations. Outside of these areas the firm regularly acts for companies and individuals facing environmental and trading standards investigations together with proceedings brought against individuals for professional misconduct such as members of the medical profession.
