The firm specialises in shipping and admiralty litigation, marine insurance, general insurance and reinsurance matters, and commercial / civil litigation and arbitration. Although the firm is relatively young, it has already handled a number of significant matters in this short period of time since its incorporation, including acting for the owners of the vessel "Kaminesan" in respect of issues arising out of a 3-ship collision involving the vessels "Hyundai No. 105" and "Mamitsa", and acting in a matter where the issue of whether an arbitrator should be removed under Section 16(1)(b) Arbitration Act (Chapter 10, 2002 Rev Ed) was considered for the first time in Singapore.
