The Firm is led by J. Gregory Hatcher and Paul A. DeJesse, Jr. Both have been practicing in the area of family law for more than 20 years and have substantial experience litigating and settling highly complex child related and family financial matters. They each have earned the title of Board Certified Specialist in Family Law from the North Carolina State Bar and received Martindale-Hubbell's AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating. Additionally, both Mr. Hatcher and Mr. DeJesse have been named as a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers ? they are two of only 33 family law attorneys in North Carolina to have earned this distinction.
