The law firm of Caruso Smith Picini was established in 1989 by the predecessor law firm Picillo Caruso. The members of our management group were previously partners at a large, nationally-prominent defense firm.

Caruso Smith Picini is a dynamic firm built on experience and proven performance; our five partners combine a total 150 years of practice.

The impetus for the new venture was our desire to cultivate close, client-focused relationships among selected insurers and the business community.
