Judkins Glatt & Rich LLP was formed by a merger of two well-positioned San Diego firms (Judkins Glatt LLP and Alan Rich & Associates, APLC) on October 1, 2017. Both boutique practices are very similar in nature, and the merger of these two firms offers a valuable opportunity to provide additional benefits, resources, expertise and access to our respective clients.

Judkins Glatt & Rich LLP is pleased to offer the convenience of a downtown San Diego office as well as a North County office located in Carlsbad. In addition, the firm also has a satellite office in Orange County. We have a valuable staff consisting of seven paralegals and administrative assistants whose team approach and excellent support provide our clients with outstanding services.

As a boutique law firm, the size and complexity of transactions and planning challenges we handle easily rival those of much larger law firms, while our size and "hands on" approach allows us to be more responsive, more flexible and generally more cost-effective. Most of our attorneys also have bachelor's degrees in business related fields, such as accounting, finance, economics and management, which helps us better understand clients' issues, objectives and risk tolerances. We pride ourselves on maintaining long term client relationships and a reputation for quality work.
