Ramey & Hailey was first established in Indianapolis, Indiana in the fall of 1976, when Mary Beth Ramey joined R. Douglas Hailey & Associates. Together, the principals of Ramey & Hailey, Richard D. Hailey and Mary Beth Ramey, have over 65 years of cumulative legal experience in representing individuals who have received injuries or otherwise suffered catastrophic losses. Over the last 30+ years the legal team at Ramey & Hailey has expanded their areas of representation to include many areas of complex litigation. However, even with this expansion Ramey & Hailey has not compromised their representation of individuals who have been seriously injured.
