On May 1, 1990, five prominent attorneys - Terry Hodges, Mike Loizzi, Stan Eisenhammer, Bennett Rodick, and Bob Kohn - founded the law firm of Hodges, Loizzi, Eisenhammer, Rodick & Kohn LLP. Guided by the principle that Illinois schools, municipalities, and park districts deserve the highest quality legal services at a reasonable cost, the five founding partners sought to combine the best practices of small boutique law firms with the resources of larger firms. With more than fifteen years of experience between them, the partners created a full-service law firm that could be easily tailored to the needs of its clients.Fast-forwarding to the present day, Hodges, Loizzi, Eisenhammer, Rodick & Kohn LLP is a leader in Illinois school, municipal and park district law. The firm has grown from five founding partners to twenty-one partners, from six attorneys to thirty-five attorneys, and from one office to three. Its client base has increased more than 500 percent since 1990. With few exceptions, the majority of the firm's attorneys began their legal careers with the firm and have remained. This demonstrates the firm's stability and success, which have been achieved despite the fact that few other law firms have experienced such a lack of fractures among their partnership.Currently, the firm is proud to represent public school districts, private schools, colleges and universities, municipalities, park districts and other local governments, as well as private corporations and associations throughout Illinois.
