Vivino & Vivino is a family owned and operated law firm which was established in Paterson New Jersey in 1967 by the founder, Raymond P. Vivino, Esq. Vivino & Vivino specializes in civil litigation, with particular focus in personal injury cases, wrongful death and medical malpractice. Raymond P. Vivino, Esq., is presently certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and has been since 1970. Raymond S. Vivino, Esq., is also a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, and a municipal prosecutor with the Township of Wayne. The firm has maintained an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell for many years, its highest rating.
Vivino & Vivino continues to serve an ever-expanding client base in many practice areas, including real estate, worker's compensation, immigration, bankruptcy, estate litigation, and family law. We have four full time attorneys on staff.
