Many firms in Texas are bankruptcy mills; they just churn out clients, never spending the time to truly understand their needs. The only thing these firms are interested in is filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy or a Chapter 13 bankruptcy for you. Often, the first time some of these clients see their attorney is at the hearing.
I believe in taking the time to talk to you. In some cases, bankruptcy is an option but not the best option. In those cases, I will discuss alternatives to bankruptcy with you.
If filing for consumer bankruptcy is your best option, I will advise you to file. If I believe other options would better serve your interests, I will advise you to pursue those options. My goal as an attorney is serve your best interests and provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about how to handle your situation.
