Our firm traces its roots in San Angelo, Texas back to the early 1900s and the law firm of Upton & Upton. We have had a continuous presence in West and Central Texas since then. Lee Upton came to San Angelo in 1901 to practice law and was joined by his son, Herschel C. Upton, in 1920. The firm was then known as Upton & Upton. The firm later became Upton, Upton & Baker with the addition of Travis E. Baker in 1933.
