We recognise that dealing with a house move, bereavement or family break is an extremely stressful time, and we seek to provide a personal and sympathetic service to clients during these difficult periods. Unlike some firms, we will have one person in charge of your case so you're not speaking to someone new every time you contact the firm. We do not operate automated systems so you will always speak to your representative or his/her assistant. We will advise our clients when specialist advice is required (e.g. surveying, accountancy, financial services, etc.) and will co-operate fully with our colleagues in other professional and commercial disciplines to ensure the service provided to our clients is a rounded and complete service which deals with their requirements in all respects.
