Ryan, Brown, Berger & Gibbons, P.C. was founded in July 1997 by four attorneys whose collective experience in civil litigation in Philadelphia and its surrounding metropolitan area spanned more than 90 years. Drawn by a common vision and shared experience, the members of our firm have a stated mission to provide the highest quality of representation with sensitivity to legal costs. Our attorneys have represented both defendants and plaintiffs in civil and commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts throughout the United States. Its trial lawyers, all mentored by our late founding partner Daniel Ryan, annually try to verdict numerous jury and non-jury matters and more than 150 arbitrations. Ryan, Brown, has earned an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell each year since its inception, the highest rating given. Our primary concentration is in civil litigation. The Firm's attorneys regularly handle admiralty, auto, aviation, civil rights, commercial, construction, entertainment, health care, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, transportation, and vaccine liability litigation. Our size and structure permits each client to receive personal attention throughout the litigation process from a shareholder of the Firm. Our principal office is located in Center City Philadelphia but our office in Montgomery County provides even greater convenience for serving clients throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
