The firm was originally founded in 1992, in North Miami Beach, Florida, as Henschel & Henschel, P.A. More recently, a reorganization and reincorporation as Henschel & Beinhaker, P.A. has taken place, and the firm has relocated to Hollywood, Florida. Our practice has and continues to maintain expertise in multiple areas of civil litigation. Currently, Henschel & Beinhaker, P.A., specializes in both retail and commercial collections, creditor's rights, and both contract and judgment enforcement. We are admitted to practice in the state of Florida, as well as in all federal districts of Florida. We have been "A" rated by Martindale-Hubbell and members of the National Attorneys Network, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the National List, as well as the Forwarderslist of Attorneys.
