Forsters is a leading London law firm based in Mayfair which delivers exceptional legal advice to clients principally drawn from the real estate and private wealth sectors. Taking a joined-up approach we seek out solutions that embrace the unique needs of each individual or company. The lawyers' engaged, approachable manner combined with the delivery of concise, clear and commercially-led advice is what helps the firm to develop long-term client relationships. Forsters takes its name from John Forster, who in 1770 went into partnership with Isaac Bargrave. Their firm of solicitors would eventually become Frere Cholmeley Bischoff in the 1990's. Forsters was founded in 1998 by ten partners from Frere Cholmeley Bischoff whose aim was to establish a firm which would blend the skills of City trained lawyers with high levels of service. Mayfair, being at the heart of the real estate and private wealth industries was a natural home for the new firm. Our location means that we are close to our clients and their other advisers. Developing strong links with other professionals has always been important to us. Our values are important to us and are at the heart of the way we interact with each other and with our clients. These values explain who we are and what we are about. They reflect our ambition to make a difference to the people we work with and the clients we represent. Delivering a first class service to our clients is a fundamental tenet of Forsters. We cherish the long term relationships we have with our clients which are based on years of consistent quality of service and attention.
