Established in 1982 by the merger of the law firms of Siegal, Fogler and Rubinoff & Rubinoff, Fogler, Rubinoff LLP traces its roots to 1935 and 1928 respectively. We were saddened to lose one of our Founding Partners, Melvyn P. Rubinoff, Q.C., in 2015. Our long-standing history and reputation is the foundation for our current team, which now includes 110 lawyers strong and a support network of 125 legal and administrative support staff. We are now one of the 20 largest law firms in Toronto but pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial spirit and mid size firm attitude. We are consistently named one of Ontario's top 10 regional law firms by Canadian Lawyer Magazine. Our largest clients include financial institutions, securities dealers and publicly-traded corporations. We also represent numerous individual and family-owned and managed companies.
