Wallbridge, Wallbridge will waive a retainer (legal fees) until the case is settled, in the appropriate case, i.e. a car accident, an insurance dispute, wrongful dismissal, etc., where a person's prospect for recovery is good. In this case we will charge fees equal to a reasonable percentage of a settlement or judgement.
