About Us Jeffrey A. Kleger was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1980. He received his Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University School of Law in 1980 and received a B.A. degree from McDaniel College in 1975. Mr. Kleger has received the highest score for an attorney with a distinguished rating by his peers in the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings. He is admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, the Virginia Supreme Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
