Ralph H. Ramsey, Jr., started practicing law in Brevard in 1927. He hired Cecil J. Hill, Jr.in 1941 and the two later formed a law partnership. Ramsey and Hill hired John K. Smart, Jr. and Gayle E. Ramsey during the 1960's. Michael K. Pratt joined the firm in 1981.
