Originally formed in 2004, Bade Baskin Richards continues to serve individual business clients in wide-ranging practice areas. Alan is a trial attorney whose practice emphasizes securities arbitrations, securities enforcement and regulatory matters, commercial litigation and white collar criminal cases. Tom has long advised large and small corporations and individuals in the areas of federal and state tax matters, business planning and transactions, estate planning, estate administration and probate. Bill is a trial attorney whose practice combines experience in sophisticated commercial, government administrative and civil rights disputes, as well as employment and intellectual property litigation. Both Tom and Alan have been selected as Southwest Super Lawyers for 2011 in their respective practice areas. Alan was also named a 2008 Super Lawyer, and Bill was honored by the Conference of Western Attorneys General in 2010 with the Jim Jones Public Service Award, an honor conferred on a single public attorney within among the group's multi-state membership.
