ABOUT DANIEL W. COURTNEY

Daniel W. Courtney has been an attorney in South Florida for over twenty (20) years with the vast majority of his time spent representing seriously injured individuals. He has earned a reputation as being honest, ethical, diligent, and aggressive as he tenaciously seeks the best results for his clients. He believes client participation is crucial in obtaining excellent results and encourages direct communication with his clients. He regularly goes to trial, having taken nearly fifty (50) different clients to trial.

Daniel W. Courtney was the Class of 2001 Graduation Speaker at the University of Miami School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University after majoring in Psychology. He is married with three (3) children and is very active in the community. He gratefully receives almost all of his clients from referrals from other attorneys and previously satisfied clients.
