Mark and Melissa Dietz formed the firm in 1987 to serve the needs of the Williamson County Business Community. J. Lee Jarrard, Jr. joined the firm in 1990. Douglas Grant Cornwell joined the firm in 1999. Steven Burroughs Tredennick became Of Counsel in 2008. Melissa Dietz retired from the practice in 2018.
