Attorney Daniel J Eccher enjoys helping clients figure out how to afford long-term care while having something left for their family. He also enjoys helping couples establish estate plans such that their children will be provided something upon the couple's death. He has been in legal practice in Maine since 2014. Madelyn O. Breerwood returned to her hometown of Winthrop as an associate of Levey, Wagley, Putman & Eccher, P.A. Estate planning, probate, trusts, and MaineCare are the focuses of Madelyn's practice, as well as strategizing with clients for their future needs and wishes. Madelyn received her Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on legal studies from A.B. Freeman School of business. She then went on to earn her J.D. from Loyola University. Kim Rivera is our Paralegal/Office Manager. She has worked in the legal and executive administrative field for more than 20 years. She has been with the firm since January 2019.

Ann Marie Colburn is our Receptionist/Legal Assistant. She has been an administrative professional for several years and joined our firm in November of 2019.
