Richard Prisco is an experienced lawyer who has provided legal services throughout the Long Island community since 1999. He acts as both legal counsel and Village Prosecutor for several Incorporated Villages on the North Shore of Long Island. His years representing the local governments of these communities have given him invaluable insights that greatly enable him to aid private clients with all matters before local governments. His knowledge and experience assist clients when they appear before government agencies, whether it be helping a homeowner obtain a variance for a home addition, a business owner obtain a use variance or special use permit, a developer obtain approval for subdivision, or representing a defendant in court for an ordinance or zoning violation. This government experience has also allowed him to provide solid representation in private real estate transactions protecting his clients from any government or zoning issues that commonly delay transactions from closing.
