The firm of Weber & Sterling, LLC (located in Maumee, a suburb of Toledo, Ohio) was founded in 1990 by Edward F. Weber and Robert V. Sterling who were partners at a large downtown law firm. They formed this boutique firm in order to focus their practice on estate and wealth transfer planning. Today the firm continues to focus its practice on estate and wealth transfer planning matters serving clients in many different localities, including Florida and Michigan.
