Our new name reflects a re-organization effective January 1, 2013, in which Laurance Lee, long with the firm, joined firm founders Jason Rosenberg and Donald Freedman as an equity partner under the new firm name, Rosenberg, Freedman & Lee LLP. Former partner Howard Goldstein established a new firm to focus his concentration on family law.
