Marc A. Pederson, Attorney at Law
Marc A. Pederson, Attorney at Law, holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the George Mason University School of Law, from which he graduated Cum Laude (with honors). In law school, he participated on the George Mason Law Review, and served as a class representative with the Student Bar Association. After law school, Mr. Pederson served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence S. Margolis, United States Court of Federal Claims.
?Mr. Pederson is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice law in all Texas courts, and also licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth and Federal Circuits. Mr. Pederson is also a member of the San Antonio Bar Association.
In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Pederson is a Certified Public Accountant (licensed in Virginia). Prior to starting Pederson Law Office, Mr. Pederson worked with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), the U.S. Department of Defense Inspector General's Office, and the Air Force Audit Agency.
?Mr. Pederson is experienced in a multitude of areas of family law, such as divorce, military family law issues, child custody and visitation, grandparent issues, interstate and international child custody issues, and adoption.
