Messrs. C. S. TANG & CO. was established by Datuk Chareon Sae Tang in l976. Datuk Tang practised with Messrs Shearn Delamore & Co up till 1970 before becoming a partner in Messrs Chye Chow Chung & Tang until 1976. Principal areas of legal services provided by us include inter alia, advice in respect of banking and finance, corporate and commercial, conveyancing, civil and commercial litigation and trademark registration. Our firm also offers legal service in the areas of trusts, wills, probate, employment industrial relations, family and all general commercial matters. The range of our firm's practice is also reflected in the diversity of our clientele. Clients include local and multinational corporations, private and public listed companies, foreign embassy, banks and other financial institutions, insurance houses, property developer, distributors, manufacturers, associations and private individuals.
