Established in 1997 by the name partners Prof. Dr. George Dimitrov and Mr. Bogdan Petrov, the firm has exclusively focused its activities on commercial law, information and communication technologies law, intellectual property law, real estate law, litigation and arbitration and brings together a rapidly growing team of highly qualified lawyers. In 2005 Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. opened its first branch office outside the capital ? in the city of Varna.
