Gary J. Nagle Attorney At Law

Gary J. Nagle has practiced law in Palm Beach County since 1977 and has limited his practice to real property law including real property transactions, real property litigation and real estate brokerage law. Since 1977, Mr. Nagle has represented several Board of REALTORS in Palm Beach County, and currently represents the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Council of the Miami Association of REALTORS and the Palm Beach Board of REALTORS. Mr. Nagle served on the State Of Florida Realtor/Attorney Joint Committee from 1984 to 2014. In 2010 he served as Chairman of the FAR/BAR Contract Revision Committee and participated in the revising of the FAR/BAR Contract. Mr. Nagle has also frequently served as a lecturer for the Florida Real Estate Commission as well as various Board of Realtors. He continues to involve himself in educational programs on a voluntary basis for the benefit of the real estate community throughout the State of Florida. Most recently Mr. Nagle was elected VIce-Chairman of the Local Board Attorneys Committee of Florida Realtors and will assume the position of Chairman in 2018.
