We are the oldest established Chambers to specialise exclusively in Revenue Law. We trace our history back to at least the 1880's when W.H. Upjohn Q.C. (father of the Lord of Appeal) was Head of Chambers. Subsequent Heads of Chambers include Count Otto Danckwerts K.C., A.M. Latter K.C., Frank Heyworth Talbot Q.C. and Barry Pinson Q.C. Other more recent members of note have included Harold Major Allen Q.C. and Lord Rees Q.C. (formerly Chief Secretary to the Treasury).
