The Rosner Law Offices officially opened its doors at 319 West Landis Avenue, Vineland, New Jersey on November, 24, 1993. However, Dan Rosner was no stranger to Vineland. Before he moved his New Jersey practice to Vineland, he had handled numerous cases for clients in this area. He was referred complicated trial and litigation cases from other attorneys, and as a result had developed a client base in the Cumberland County, New Jersey area. Although a well established, successful Philadelphia attorney, there was something about the Vineland area that attracted his attention. Local attorney Seymour Wasserstrum had allowed Mr. Rosner full use of his office for the Rosner client base, but due to expansion and success, more space was needed rather quickly.
