Bingham, Mann & House was founded in 2006 when the three named partners decided to join forces and combine visions to create a law firm which reflected their desire to proactively handle matters in order to secure the best result, most efficiently, for their clients.

We practice law together for a simple reason: We share the view that an aggressive, planned handling of a matter, in pursuit of our client's goals, is the best practice. All too often, we see attorneys who practice by reaction; this does not happen at BMH. Instead, we make it our practice to take the lead in pushing matters to a successful conclusion.

From the moment a matter is referred to us, we work closely with our client to develop an agreed goal. We then utilize our resources to drive the matter, whether in suit or not, to that goal. We do not, in short, wait for our opponents to take the initiative.

While the firm is headquartered in Houston, we have a statewide practice and at any one time are actively litigating cases in all parts of the state, from the Rio Grande Valley to east Texas, and from Dallas to the Coastal Bend.
