As the principal of Kirby Law Office, PLLC, Stephen Kirby is a strong advocate for consumers' rights. He focuses on consumer litigation while maintaining an intense focus and interest on technology issues and the law. Mr. Kirby was drawn to law as a second career. He previously owned his own consulting firm, Tikor Consulting, working on Oracle database servers for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Kirby was spurred to attend law school by legal controversies such as the Sony Rootkit, NSA wiretapping, and weak laws regarding data protection. While in law school he worked at the Gonzaga Consumer Law Clinic and developed an interest in and aptitude for litigation on behalf of consumers. Mr. Kirby holds a J.D. from Gonzaga Law School.
