In 2016, Mr. Peck joined with a former colleague to form a new law firm, Hinman & Peck, that specialized in representing individuals hurt in car accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, general personal injury matters, as well as employment law cases based on discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower violations. During that time, Mr. Peck helped many clients with their cases and developed a deep appreciation for the life-altering consequences of their injuries.
