Although formed in July 2016, Nuti Hart, LLP is a law firm over 20 years in the making. The principals, Greg Nuti and Chris Hart are each natives of the East Bay, born and bred. Both attended local high schools and after law school returned to the Oakland area to start families. In 1997, they met while working for a San Francisco-based law firm. There, Greg focused on commercial law and bankruptcy.
Chris began his career as a business litigator representing banks, auto finance companies and non-traditional lenders. His focus was on pre-judgment remedies, commercial collections, and class action defense including claims under California's Business & Professions Code §17200. He moved to focusing on business litigation and complex transactions.
