Davorin J. Odrcic has been practicing immigration law exclusively since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and has been a licensed attorney since 2001.

Davorin specializes in deportation defense, post-conviction relief for noncitizens, and immigration litigation. He has successfully litigated cases before the Chicago Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, as well as pursuing post-conviction relief for immigrants throughout Wisconsin.

In 2010, Davorin co-authored an article for the Wisconsin Lawyer on defense counsel's duty to advise noncitizens on the potential immigration consequences of criminal offenses. He has trained criminal defense attorneys, public defenders, and law students in this particular area of immigration law. He has also lectured at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Marquette University Law School, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee on several immigration-related topics.

Davorin has also testified before the Milwaukee County Board regarding immigration detainers, and has appeared on both WGN radio and Hmong Wisconsin radio. His clients have been featured in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and The Isthmus (a Madison, Wisconsin newspaper).

In addition to maintaining his own law firm, Davorin also serves as Of Counsel for Hochstatter, McCarthy, Rivas & Runde, which is the largest immigration law firm in Wisconsin.

Davorin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the National Immigration Project, and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
