A life - long Washington resident, Tom McLane has been licensed to practice law in the State of Washington since 1981. Upon returning to Spokane after receiving a master's degree in labor Law, he was first employed as a law clerk to now Senior Judge Quackenbush of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. After the clerkship ended, he began practicing labor and employment law.
His approach to the practice of law is not changed over the years. Throughout his practice he has treated his clients' legal concerns as his concerns. As such, he makes himself available to clients on their schedules.
